By accessing and using Survey SaaS Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
Survey SaaS Platform provides a multi-tenant survey creation, distribution, and analytics platform. Features include survey building with conditional logic, participant management, invitation distribution, and response analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each organization operates within its own isolated tenant, and you must not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.
You agree not to use the platform to collect sensitive personal data without proper consent, distribute spam or unsolicited communications, attempt to circumvent security measures, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of all survey content and response data you create or collect through the platform. We do not claim ownership over your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability and will provide notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survey SaaS Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but you may request an export of your data.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
